All of us have reason to worry. Yet some of us live worry-free while others are anxiety-filled. What can you do today?
Religiously follow this simple plan and you will decrease your worrying.
Step 1: Do what you can to prevent or deal with the problem.
Step 2: Stay busy: get involved in projects, and/or in helping others. Self-absorption is a sure way to ruin your quality of life.
Step 3: Nip worrying in the bud. The moment you catch yourself beginning to worry, turn your attention to something else.
The plan is simple but it's difficult to get into the habit of using it. Please stay with it and you will almost assuredly reap big rewards.
